DIVERSE ARRAY OF APPLICATIONS
The
gerotor's design offers a lower-cost alternative to other fluid power and
fluid transfer mechanisms over a broad range of applications. Designers
of engines, compressors, machine tools, tractors and other equipment requiring
hydraulic systems can use an integrally designed gerotor pump for a more
compact, lower weight unit. In most cases it will also run more quietly.
Overall, our gerotors are more cost-effective, consume less power, use
less space and have more application flexibility than most pump/motor
mechanisms.

NetShape's robust powder metal or MIM processes coupled with our six sigma manufacturing philosophy produces extremely consistent parts each and every time. For example, because P/M uses a single forming mold to manufacture each part, gear teeth are identical from the first to the last part.

High Performance Material Alloy Choices

high temperature sintered or sinter hardened for ultra-high strength
and durability. Tested under the most severe operating conditions,
your parts will exceed the demands of your application while maintaining
the defined specifications. For example, our sintered hardened backing
plates have an ultimate tensile strength to 100,000 psi while maintaining
desired flatness tolerances.
