NetShape Technologies has led the PM and MIM industry in implementation of a SixSigma-based continuous improvement program that gives us the tools to analyze processes and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement programs that eliminate waste and increase manufacturing efficiencies. Since 2000, we have trained hundreds of black, green and yellow belts. This Six Sigma process has made continuous improvement part of our everyday culture. |

Our production associates are comfortable talking about processes improvements and regularly participate in kaizan events that improve their work area effectiveness. If you walk around our facilities you will view process improvement metrics in virtually every area. We jointly work with customers to analyze their designs and our manufacturing processes in order to drive cost reductions and improve outgoing quality.
