An Overview

NetShape Technologies is a conglomeration of more than 500 associates, located across six different production facilities, pulling together everyday to support our broad and diverse customer base with powder metal (PM) and metal injection molding (MIM) precision engineered components that are used in a variety of industrial applications worldwide. NetShape Technologies has more than 30 years industry experience delivering quality products to customers daily.

Everyday, we live by the phrase, "If our customers aren't successful, then we aren't successful", and overachieve in everything that we do.

NetShape Technologies embraces a six sigma-based continuous improvement process to continue to keep us competitive in the global marketplace. Over the years, we have trained dozens and dozens of six sigma's black, green and yellow belts to drive continuous improvement into the manufacturing process daily.

Each NetShape production facility has an average of 25 years industry experience and is well capitalized to support every customer need. Every year, we continue to invest in new production equipment and technology programs to broaden our capabilities and further support our broad and diverse customer base.

NetShape will continue to leverage our experience in PM and MIM and apply this toward a Globalization and Technology strategy to support global companies worldwide.

Compacting Capabilities
5-3000 ton presses.
Multi-level parts up to 9 levels using CNC compaction.

Sintering
Continuous PM belt furnace to 36', Sinter hardened materials, Copper infiltration, and high volume pusher MIM furnace.
